• Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may reduce treatment time.
• Cancellation: Must be made 24 hours prior to avoid charges.

• Keep mobile devices on silent and maintain a calm spa environment.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Durations include consultation, dressing, and relaxation.

4. Payments & Refunds

• We accept cash, cards, and digital payments.
• Refunds are rare and at management’s discretion.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before expiry.
